Owner/operator Ricky Sarvis grew up immersed in the construction industry. Both of his grandfathers ran successful roofing companies, and Ricky started helping them at a young age. He also spent four years as an HVAC tech/installer, along with two years as a general contractor’s apprentice. - Carbon Monoxide Detector – Carbon monoxide poisoning is a serious, life-threatening issue. We check to make sure your home’s carbon monoxide levels aren’t too high.
- Gas Leak Detector – Detects gas that’s leaking from the gas-operated heating systems, hot water heaters, etc.

Ricky Sarvis: When He’s Not Inspecting Homes
When he’s not putting his construction knowledge to work as a home inspector, Ricky enjoys fishing with his family. He’s also a member of the North Carolina State Beekeepers Association (NCSBA).
